הקאפ קייקס ב- The Hummingbird Bakery הן כמו לנגוס בענן ורוד מתוק. הקרם אוורירי וחלק, הסוכר מציף את הלשון ונזרק ישר למוח, כמו שמקבלים מכת קור מגלידה קרה שנאכלה מהר מדי. ואז לכמה שניות אתה רואה הכל ורוד. כמו שאמר לי הבחור שעבר מולי ברחוב וראה אותי רואה אותו מלקק ונוגס בצאתו מן החנות - "Unbelievable ".



The cupcakes at The Hummingbird Bakery are like biting into a sweet pink cloud. The cream is smooth and airy; the sugar melts in your tongue and then goes straight into your brain like getting a brain freeze from cold ice cream that has been eaten too fast. And then, for a few seconds you can only see pink. Just like the guy crossing in front of me on the street told me as he was licking and biting –" Unbelievable".
